Return Reasons & Shipping Costs
If you changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a refund. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all associated shipping costs for the return and replacement.

Important Requirements for All Returns
For a return to be accepted, the item must be in brand new, sellable condition. All original parts, accessories, and manuals must be included. The product must also be returned using its original packaging.
After We Receive Your Return
For refunds, once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1 to 2 business days.
For exchanges, a replacement item will be shipped out within 1 to 2 business days after we receive the returned product, and we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.
