At ZeroHawk, we stand behind every product we make. If your item becomes damaged or defective due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Please note: our lifetime warranty does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage, or cosmetic damage that does not impact product performance.

How to Submit a Lifetime Warranty Claim
Step 1: Submit Your Claim
- Click the Lifetime Warranty Claim link.
- Complete the form with the following information:
- Contact details
- Product serial number
- Shipping address
- Reason for replacement
- Brief description of the issue
- A photo of the defective product
- Submit your claim.
Step 2: Claim Approval & Return Instructions
Once your claim is approved, we will email detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Step 3: Return the Product
- If your purchase was made within the last 30 days, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If your purchase is older than 30 days, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 4: Product Inspection & Replacement
After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will repair or replace it at no charge. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the repaired or replacement item back to you.
